The Dance of the Elements. Berghof, Sept 2025

The elements around us are in an ongoing dance and exchange – not just on the outside but through us, bodies and mind, as well. You are invited to explore this dance, and maybe learn some new steps, some new ways of being.
In nature and in improvisational movement we will playfully explore how the elements reveal themselves around and through us all the time. Taking that into meditation and our interactions, we discover how we become fresh every moment. We bridge the gap between isolation and participation and find our place in this elemental dance of the world.
The dance will be facilitated by Jayachitta at the beautiful Berghof in Southern Germany.
