The well-known English Dzogchen teacher and psychotherapist is our guest again and explains the perspective on which the Dzogchen teachings are based. The “ground” is the ever-present inner openness / emptiness of every aspect of our mind. The “path” consists in waking up to this openness and staying with it so that it becomes our living presence. The “goal” (result) is the nonduality of our immutable base, our Buddha-nature and the enlightening experiences that are generated on the path.
