Love and compassion, the sweet breath of non-duality.
The openness of non-duality underlies every aspect of our life experience and yet it is hidden by our busy attempts to improve our situation. Meditation as a way of loosening the bonds of duality will be the central practice.

Registration is from 3 o clock on the Thursday, supper between 6.30 – 7.30.
The retreat will start with a meditation session at 8 pm on the evening of Thursday 14th. Friday 15th and Saturday 16th will have a full programme of teaching and meditation. The retreat will end at 13:00 on Sunday the 17th.
Camping is available and Emerson College also has rooms available.
