Zoom Saturdays in the Spring.
This spring James will be teaching on three Saturdays. The topic is the doha by the Indian yogi, Virupa. This text can be found on pp 21-29 in the book Sweet Simplicity, which is also available in Spanish and German.
The times are from 9:30 am to 5.30 pm UK time. 9:30-11, break, 11.30-1, lunch break, 2-3.30, break, 4-5.30.
The teachings in March will be translated into German (Robert), Polish (Bartek), Portuguese (João), Russian (Olga and Ivan) and Spanish (Maria).
