Finding refuge and spreading light.
We will focus on finding enduring refuge in the intrinsic purity of our own mind. There will be a balance of teaching and meditation.

Meals
Sue and Anne have organised meals for Friday evening and lunch on the Saturday. These are a great opportunity to get to know one another a little better but it is necessary to order them in advance (details to follow soon). Payment for both meals will be at registration.
