Our identity is formed from the beliefs that we and others have about who and what we are. Buddhism shows us directly that all such identities are an illusion, a veil to the bright actuality of our intrinsic awareness. Over the weekend we will explore various Buddhist ways of viewing experience in order to dissolve misleading assumptions and awaken us to fresh presence.
