Relaxing into Freedom. Oxford, Nov 2024

November 2 @10:00 - 16:30 GMT

20£
Relaxing into freedom: a day of teaching and practice.

We are used to structuring our lives around the notion of the self, our individual view of the world and our personal agency. However, when we explore who we are through meditation, we come to find that this egoistic or dualistic (me/not me) view perpetuates our being in a seemingly inescapable state of tension and is illusory. By opening to this clarity, we can find ourselves in the natural, spacious awareness unconstructed by our ego self, at ease with ourselves and all that occurs.

James Low
