Getting lost is easy, people and events seem to call us into fearful or exciting engagements which sadly only lead us into another arena within the labyrinth of samsara. We have been trained to use names and concepts to make sense of what occurs. However the concepts we use tend to confirm the seeming reality and inherent existence of all we experience. The Buddhist teaching of non-duality shows the illusory nature of all experience and this offers us a fundamental protection from delusion and confusion.
