All that we know as subject and object arises in dependence on other manifestations which are also dependent, and so on in all directions forever. This is the play of the inseparability of emptiness and the creative effulgence of awareness. We will look at the deconstructive freshness of the Heart Sutra and relate it to the view of Dzogchen. It will be practical as we seek to see how we solidify illusion and give ourselves and others a hard time.
As well as the Heart Sutra, James also taught from the text “The lamp clarifying the essentials of the way of meditation” by Tsultrim Zangpo.
