Music from Ender Berg

Ender Berg from Berlin would like to share a piece of music he has written, inspired by and dedicated to James. He writes “If you think the Sangha might enjoy it, please feel free to share it via the website or newsletter.”

In “Sparks”, James quotes William Blake:
He who binds to himself a joy
Does the winged life destroy
He who kisses the joy as it flies
Lives in eternity’s sunrise.

He first set these words to music as a hymn and later reworked it into a longer orchestral piece. He says we may like to sing the words along with the theme, which is repeated in several variations throughout the piece.

It’s called “Eternity” and a demo version of it can be listened to on his website
